RAPP UK has been awarded Campaign’s Customer Engagement Agency of the Year for a second year running. And following in the footsteps of exec chairman, Chris Freeland, this year it was CEO, Gabby Ludzker who was named the Customer Engagement Leader of the Year. Meaning RAPP did the ‘double double’, something Maisie McCabe, Campaign’s editor summed up nicely, here.
It was a tough year for the industry and for agencies, and the CMO judges acknowledged RAPP’s advancements and leadership in the category, lauding the quality of creativity, the effectiveness of the work, and its category defining innovations – that are not only keeping RAPP as the agency ahead but helping clients to win in their categories. Additionally, judges were impressed by RAPP’s industry leading talent initiatives and the continued focus on training programmes, especially its new inclusive all agency data and tech foundations courses.
