When Gabby Ludzker stepped into the role of CEO for the first time, she was the managing director at customer experience agency Proximity and was eight weeks pregnant with her first child – and she hadn’t told anyone.
“The first thing I did was go home and cry, because I was convinced that they would tell me that I couldn’t do the job any more, which of course was never going to happen, but that’s what you think at the time. So I made the decision to tell them and they were amazing.”
