NEW YORK CITY, APRIL 2017 - RAPP Worldwide, a global creative agency that builds direct, meaningful and high-value relationships between brands and people, and part of the DAS Group of Companies, has named Gabe Weiss as Chief Strategy Officer for the agency’s New York office. Weiss will report to New York President Justin Thomas-Copeland.
In his new role, Weiss will be charged with leading strategy at RAPP New York, driving senior client partnerships and cross-agency collaborations, and enabling enterprise transformation through best-in-class customer experience design and digital engagement strategies. He will work on key growth initiatives across the existing client portfolio as well as new business.

Weiss joins RAPP from SapientRazorfish, where he led Digital Customer Experience Transformation for clients including MasterCard and Verizon. Prior to SapientRazorfish, Weiss worked for agencies including MXM, R/GA, and Digitas. Weiss’ hire continues a series of new talent for the network including Mitchell Caplan, Chief Growth Officer, U.S., who joined in December 2016, and Tanya Shepley who joined as SVP, U.S. Healthcare Lead in January 2017.
