We're excited to share that RAPP has been awarded Silver as Campaign’s Global Customer Engagement Agency of the Year!
2022 was a huge year for RAPP in a lot of little ways.
This year we became the biggest Customer Engagement agency in the industry
We picked up significant new business wins, globally, deepening our category expertise in automotive, financial services, healthcare and technology - all while retaining and growing our long-term clients, resulting in double-digit annualized growth.
We retained 95% of our global leadership team, bolstered our senior talent, and we doubled down on our commitment to inclusivity and representation - achieving 80% of our DE&I objectives and launching industry-first initiatives that set the precedent for others. And our employee engagement scores are at an all-time high.
We did all of this by staying true to our purpose of "Standing Up for Individuality."
