Background A creative at heart, Joelene has over 10 years of industry experience. Leading the creative team for RAPP Singapore, she believes human chemistry is what adds to the success of every campaign. As the UX landscape is ever-changing, her perspective is to boost the work through strong ideation, marrying the logic of data with the aesthetics of design. As a leader, she encourages constant learning, and displays empathy through mentorship of her team.

Why I'm at RAPP I like asking how and why – it’s the basis of what I do. To understand, learn and create solutions in an ever-changing world. To provide experiences to people. And that is why I chose RAPP. With colleagues from diverse backgrounds, the culture of the workplace is based on each individual’s character, exposing us to more, and sharing the same goal of continuing a collaborative culture of learning and understanding.

Background Belinda is a skilled strategist who’s worked with clients across diverse industries, such as luxury and oil and gas. Originating from NZ, Belinda is a truly global strategist with experience in Australia, the UK and now Singapore.

Belinda believes that, in today’s world, traditional advertising approaches aren’t enough. We need to meet customers in the middle, understand who they are, how they operate and what they want from the brands they buy to target their needs.

Why I'm at RAPP Having worked in multiple countries, and with multiple networks, I can truly say that the breadth and depth of strategic and data science experience at RAPP is unrivaled. Every day, I learn something new from the global team, both in our work and our sharing of ideas and experiences. No day is ever the same!

Background Daniel brings over 15 years of industry experience with a focus and passion for technology and digital-driven experiences for global brands. He joined RAPP in 2022 after serving multiple leadership roles in Germany, London, and South Africa.  

In conjunction with his role as President APAC, he is also responsible for Region Overseas on Team X—Omnicom's global integrated agency for Mercedes Benz. 

Why I'm at RAPP People form the spirit of a company and the people working for RAPP are just unique: welcoming, empathetic, driven, reliable, passionate about the work and creative. In my role, I also have the pleasure of working in a multicultural environment. This is something I love and get huge inspiration from.
